We help people reshape unwanted thoughts, habits and emotional patterns through the CONTROL system.
We are Re-Shaping Minds, led by Deborah Mulvany, a certified CONTROL practitioner and mind mediator based in Faversham, Kent.
We help people create lasting changes in the way they think, feel and behave by working with the conscious and subconscious mind through the CONTROL system. Our work is focused on helping clients take control of unwanted behavioural and emotional patterns, remove limiting beliefs and build healthier, more positive responses that last.
We offer a free initial consultation to make sure we are the right fit, followed by a three-session programme for personal change, and we also run workshops that teach aspects of the CONTROL system in a practical, accessible way.
We work with people in person and online via Zoom, supporting clients locally in Kent and internationally.
Whether you want help with anxiety, stress, confidence, phobias, habits, sleep, mindset or personal development, we aim to help you move forward with clarity, confidence and real change.
Re-Shaping Minds is Deborah Mulvany’s practice as a mind mediator and CONTROL practitioner. Deborah mediates between the conscious and subconscious mind to facilitate fundamental changes that endure.
What is the first step to working with Re-Shaping Minds?
The first step is a free initial consultation. This is used to make sure Deborah is the right fit and that the client’s mind responds to her subconscious communication methods.
What happens after the initial consultation?
If you wish to go ahead, you can book a three-session programme to get the change you are looking to achieve.
How does the CONTROL system work
