Hi I'm Michelle. I provide confidential, integrative counselling, clinical supervision and counselling training for adults, children, young people and professionals.
I work with people from across the UK online, and with face-to-face appointments in Bexleyheath and Rainham, Kent.
I am a BACP and NCPS registered practitioner, and I bring 19 years of experience to the support I offer.
Alongside one-to-one counselling, I provide supervision for therapists and counsellors, including individual and group sessions, and I deliver CPCAB training and CPD workshops for those developing their professional skills.
My areas of work include trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression and bereavement, and I also offer specialist trauma-informed support for survivors of sexual abuse through Survivors Support.
I aim to offer a warm, respectful and safe space where you can feel heard, explore what is troubling you, and move towards greater understanding, confidence and change at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer a free no pressure, 25 minute appointment. This conversation is simply to see if we could be a good fit to work together and to answer any initial questions you might have.

Yes, I offer professional online counselling across the UK. I also provide remote online appointments from the comfort of your own home alongside local face-to-face appointments.

Who do you work with in counselling?
I work with adults, children and young people. My wider work also includes support for therapists and counsellors through supervision and training.
What training and workshops do you offer?
I am an approved CPCAB trainer and I deliver CPCAB Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma training, as well as CPD workshops. Workshop topics listed include setting up private practice, working creatively with emotions, working with dreams, grief and loss, inner child, transactional analysis, CBT, and understanding and working with trauma.
