Practical first aid and safeguarding training in Kent, Essex and London.

We help people feel confident, prepared and ready to act in an emergency through practical first aid and safeguarding training. Based in Welling and Bexley, we deliver courses across London, Kent, Essex and the UK, with flexible options including online, blended, face-to-face, on-site and open courses. Our training covers Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Basic Life Support, safeguarding, parent first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma awareness, children’s workshops and more. We work with individuals, parents, grandparents, childcare professionals, nurseries, schools, workplaces and community organisations. Our approach is hands-on, supportive and easy to understand, with small group sizes, practical assessment and plenty of opportunity to build confidence. We want first aid to feel accessible, useful and memorable, so learners leave with skills they can rely on when it matters most.
